Built on Over Three Decades of Expertise and Trust
The holding company of Rushoe Industries Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia in 1986. As a specialist contractor, we have been deeply involved in delivering a core range of services including fireproofing, insulation, and protective coatings, serving the general construction, petrochemical, and oil & gas industries for over 30 years.
Over time, we have completed numerous high-profile projects and built a trusted portfolio in our areas of expertise. Our quality services and premium products are acknowledged by top-tier architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies both locally and regionally.
Our Milestones
1986
Rushoe Enterprises Sdn Bhd founded by Mr. Hoe Seng Heng, our group managing director.
1992
Ventured into fireproofing (structural steel) business in collaboration with Isolatek from USA.
1994
Successfully completed spray fireproofing works for the tallest building in Malaysia, KLCC and Twin Tower.
2005
ISO 9001:2005 certified attained.
2003
Successfully completed various projects in external wall coating and spray fireproofing since 1999 in Putrajaya new administration centre.
1998
Proudly involved in completion of KLIA 1 in Sepang for fireproofing works & branch office in Klang valley was established.
1996
First blasting & painting plant set up in Pontian.
2007
Rushoe Coating Resources Sdn Bhd & Rushoe Coating & Insulation Sdn Bhd established.
2008
Rushoe Painting Works L.L.C. formed in Middle East (Dubai).
2010
Appointed as the sole distributor by Firespray, an UK company for the fire-rated ducting spray system – Flamebar BW11.
2012
Rushoe Trading W.L.L. established in Qatar to take over Middle East operation.
2024
Consolidate of Rushoe Coating Resources Sdn Bhd and Rushoe Coating & Insulation Sdn Bhd, and rename to Rushoe Industries Sdn Bhd
2019
Actively involved in Rapid project and successfully completed spray fireproofing/blasting & painting works of >100,000 ms for various packages from 2016-2019, and successfully completed fireproofing works of 250,000 ms for “Exchange 106”, the tallest building in Malaysia located at TRX.
2017
Second blasting & blasting plant started operation in Bandar Penawar.
